Please note that the apartment is very well located and comfortable but there is no direct view on the sea (the views ares on the mountain behind the poste and on old buildings in the marina as shown on the pictures). Anyway the sea is at only 40 seconds in pedestrian area.See pictures please.

Casa plurifamiliare, grande, nuova, confortevole "le Stello", costruita nel 1970, ristrutturata nel 2005.
Lavatrice (per uso privato), asciuga biancheria (per uso privato).
Parcheggio: parcheggio riservato, autorimessa. Accessibile in auto tutto l'anno.

For those willing to sleep more quietly in summer, we have a comfortable sofa-bed 160/200 in the main room in the eastern part towards the sea, not on the road.
