Maggiori informazioni sul fornitore: The Victorian style of the house suits the quant naval village of Simons Town. With dormer windows, and balconies this double story house has great charm. Every room takes advantage of the panoramic sea view, as does the covered deck that spans the front of the house. From here one is mesmerised by the antics of porpoises and whales in the bay. The fresh white of the exterior walls with green roof and trim typifies the Cape tradition. The interior walls are washed in a soft ochre creating warmth and atmosphere.
Once parked in the drive or garage there is easy access to the house on brick paving. It is wheelchair friendly and provides a downstairs bedroom, toilet and shower. The garden with lawn and established beds are created and tended by an experienced hand.
The property borders a field hosting an abundance of indigenous flora. This is a walkers delight. Meander through a feast of colour and discover historic old cannons standing proudly in remembrance of great sea battles
